We aim to provide a balance of traditional skills, sympathetically using modern tooling and techniques to provide a cost effective, prompt and caring service that takes into account the needs of the musician whatever his level.
Knowing and communicating directly with the person working on your instrument is vital. It gives the technician the ability to deliver the required result, and the customer ultimate satisfaction.
Wherever possible we aim to fit in with customers commitments as to Lessons, Examinations, Rehearsals and performances and to this end we offer an emergency repair service in which we aim to return your instrument ,fully repaired, within 24hours of receipt, by appointment (parts or materials availability excepted).
So far as repair work is concerned, all work is carried out in house and save for plating and lacquering is not sub – contracted giving us total control of quality and service. All work is confidently Guaranteed .
We know how important it is to minimise down time.
As musicians ourselves we apreciate the need to cater for the players unique and individual set- up requirements. As a result, following restoration or a full overhaul of an instrument we include a one -hour consultation free of any additional charge to enable the customer to try the instrument and for any further adjustment to be made.
